Good app missing key features.
Overall is a good app to keep track of the plank days and a good graded increase in the amount go time spent doing the plank. Only problem is that there is no timer on the app. So its just you recording time with another stop watch or app, then recording the info on this app. Would have been better if it had a timer. Especially since you have to pay for it.

Okay app. Would be better if it came with a timer to help you each day. Also, instructions should come with it, i.e. How many sets per session?, Types of planks etc...

Garbage - no timer!
What a piece of junk! No built in timer so what is the point? Way better free plank challenge apps out there. Dont waste your time. I rarely leave reviews so if I hate it that bad to take the time to leave a review it must be pretty awful.
